Excellent job, on budget and on time! After unknowingly backing over a steel post stub buried in snow, the door sill plate and underbody were scuffed and dented on my 12 yrs old Chevy Cruze. Lussier’s technicians repaired it to perfection! They also addressed chips and other age-related issues and detailed the interior. On delivery, the car looked like it just rolled off the assembly line!!! While I hope I won’t need to return for body shop repairs, if in need, I know exactly where to go: Lussier’s! I have had a couple of my cars serviced at the collision shop at Lussier’s. Each time the experience has been exceptional. They take care of everything from the insurance claim process to the repair, and top it off with a detailing service second to none. Everyone you encounter is very professional and their attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend this shop for everything from routine servicing to extensive body work. You won’t be disappointed.

I purchased a 2025 Kia Carnival in May of this year only to get a sizable and sharp dent appear on lift gate of the van. It really bothered me to look at it daily! I was recommended to Lussier’s by Croteau’s in Malta. It was truly an awesome experience. I stopped in for an initial visit and Phil took a look at the area on the van and talked through several options for fixing it. I felt like he was very honest, thorough, and realistic about the process to fix it. I scheduled an appointment for about two weeks out to get it repaired which I also thought was reasonable because it was only a cosmetic fix.
