MR WINDSHIELD AUTO GLASS

Had a windshield replaced at a cost of more than $600. Chose this company because of positive reviews. After the replacement, driving home I noticed a large scratch on the interior of the glass. Called the next morning and sent a picture. They are blaming me for this. When asked about their responsibility to fix it they reiterated multiple times that they triple check their work and it must be my fault. I attempted to talk to management but they never called back. Finally spoke to someone and got the exact same response. They do not stand behind their work. Was told the same thing, once I drive off, it is my responsibility. Needless to say I would think twice before using this company even if their reviews seem positive.

Great people. My fiancé was sick so I couldn’t drop the car off as scheduled. I called them at 8:30 and my appointment was at 9am. The woman who answers the phones was very polite. She understood and quickly suggested sending someone to pick it up and drop it off for me while I worked. Rocco came to pick up the vehicle right at 9:10. He was informative and explained the whole process. I had my jeep back before I was done with work. Rocco, the woman and that specific location went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much ! 🙏

I'm so glad to have contacted Mr. Windshield as my service provider to replace my cracked windshield. They were fast and responsive-- Suzy provided me with top-notch phone support and customer service in helping me initiate the insurance claim process and securing my service appointment fast. Eddie, the glass technician who came to my home to replace the windshield, was personable, very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful with his guidance for maintenance and post-replacement instructions. I highly recommend choosing Mr. Windshield for any of your windshield repair and replacement needs.

It was such a quick and painless experience. They were very pleasant to deal with. Like dealing with one of my clients. Rocco did the work at my house and did a great job. He was very informative on the following 24 hour care. Will definitely use their services again for my Jeep.

Absolutely amazing , Had a mishap where a neighbors contractor dropped a drill through my rear window and I called Mr.Windshield up and they replaced it the same day ! Staff was so curious and helpful and kept me with constant updates the entire process. They really made what could have been a massive headache a walk in the park !
