Luther Collision & Glass Plymouth

5 stars so far, I will update if anything comes up. I hit a dear about 4 weeks ago with my 2025 Subaru Outback. I used google reviews to narrow down to two collision centers I wanted my car towed to, and Luther Collision and Glass in Plymouth was a preferred shop through my insurance, so I chose this shop. From day 1 the communication was outstanding, the process moved fairly quickly. I started on a Thursday morning, and by Friday morning my car was picked up, brought to their lot, and I completed a walk around and signed papers to start the inspection process. I had Rachel S. as my main contact, her communication was as frequent as I requested, always quick to respond, always kind and professional. Everyone else I encountered during this process was always friendly, professional and kin

I just wanted to take the time to share my experience so far with Luther, My Kia Sportage got stolen and was brought here for the repair. Not only has Rachel kept me up to date on the repair but has truly took a step above with amazing customer service I was getting email on Saturdays and past 6PM on a Friday night about updates. Not only this but they ensured that the repair was done correctly and kept checking in way after I picked up my car. When I had issues with the fob not working they took care of me when the Kia Dealership didn't. I am super impressed with Luther and Rachel I will be coming back here if I need work done

Just picked up my 2015 Tacoma from Luther Collision and Glass, Plymouth for repair of body damage. The work was above my expectations, completed on time and at a very reasonable price. Best of all I discovered a shop that takes pride in their work and who they are. Scott Gustafson and Rachel Schreiber were exceptionally thorough, informed, courteous and responsible managers. I had the opportunity to see a state of art work area, journeymen craftsmen and young apprentice mechanics turning out beautiful work and could feel the pride in the place and the craftsmanship they were performing. It made me feel proud actually that there are places like this yet in my town.

Disappointed. Unqualified tech replaced my windshield. Multiple items not installed properly: A-Pillar trim was loose, corner boots (both sides), wire clip behind rearview mirror not clipped, gray clip that locks camera in not seated (allowed camera to bounce around). I found all of these issues and reported back to Luther. New windshield was dirty, debris on inside of car, and the I-pass transponder has already fallen off the inside of windshield. Luther eventually got everything corrected, after 2 mobile tech visits. Bought the car at Luther 4 years ago, so I figured the customer service was just as good as the dealership. I couldn't have been more wrong. No call or follow-up from Luther, either. They got my money, so at least one of us is satisfied. Will be returning to the mobile c

Had a sunroof replaced here. Scheduling was quick and easy, I was able to work from the lounge while the work was being done. Work looks great, and everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience. Covered by insurance, so no cost out the door for me.
