Great buying experience with my new F150 at Luther Family Ford. The truck is a business truck, and I had certain options that I wanted. After looking at every dealership within 300 miles of my home, I found the best deal here. The buying process was smooth thanks to Dave (the Commercial Account Manager). When it was time to sign all the paperwork, Conner in Finance took over and was quick and efficient. One of the best buying experiences of my life. The employees at Luther Family Ford are completely friendly and easy to talk to… But !!! Don’t expect your vehicle to be fixed the correct way !!! I recently bought a 2022 ford F-150 Lariat hybrid from a different dealership with 45,500 miles on the truck, the truck was running rough right from the start the dealership I bought it from did look at it but couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have the capability or the computer technology to communicate with my Ford. The dealership I bought my truck from gave me a loaner vehicle and took my truck themselves to Luthier and said they will cover all repairs which they did. After getting my truck back from Luthier the truck seemed to run fine for 3or 4 days after that it went right back to running rough and still getting horrible fuel mileage. I

Where do I even begin…. We brought my vehicle into Luther in August because my back windshield wiper wasn’t working properly. The motor stopped working and needed replacement. Not a problem. The piece was ordered and the earliest they could get me in was in October. I had to cancel my appt in October due to something coming up- and the only other time I could get in was the week before Christmas. We take my vehicle in before Christmas and they need them to replace the entire pivot on the back window. That was fine because they mentioned that it would be something that they might have to. They also had to replace a switch in the front that gave power to the rear. After all that they did with labor it was around $1300. After getting my vehicle back, I noticed that there were still issues
