Luther is one of the most genuine trustworthy mechanics I’ve met, and I hate to put him in the box of just being “a mechanic”. He’s always responsive, stood by his work, and stood by his initial quote even when the work provided was more extensive. He got my auction car on the road that wasn’t even able to make it home from the auction and corrected a mistake that another mechanic made- which he was going to charge me to swap an engine when it just needed some expert TLC. ⸻ There are many inaccuracies in your response. I called at 10 or 11 PM because you ignored all my previous messages, calls, and attempts to reach you. We do value the time and effort you put into your work — and we show that through the high payments we make to you, which are often extremely expensive. In fact, the last time you quoted me over $1,500 for minor repairs, but I swear, when I went to another mechanic, the same work cost me no more than $500. Yes, I do thank God that the work was finally completed — after more than three months of waiting and one of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had. I absolutely do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

If you want to have top notch service, repairs, communication, fairness, and honesty this shop is the place. Luther’s has provided services and advice on my vehicle for the past two years. I highly recommend.
