LUV Car Wash

I have been a member/subscriber (two vehicles) since opening. LUV is exactly what I want from a car wash: Use as needed, fair subscription price resulting in predictable monthly expense, and a nice-looking clean car. Highly recommended! One more thing: Great that my subscription is valid at multiple locations!

This car wash is amazing! I must say, they make sure you feel the LUV! The establishment is clean including the vacuum area. I love their car scents! The staff is very polite and assist with a smile. It's like they're ready to help before you're ready to ask. Let me also give a huge shoutout to the guy DAN with the beard that works there! Every time I go through the line and get him, he's always professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the place. So much so that I signed up as a member due to his astonishing knowledge of the memberships. Every question I had he provided the answer with clarity. I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. During my wash, the cover to my windshield wiper was broken. I reported the damage immediately before leaving the premises, expecting it would be handled promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, no one contacted me for nearly two weeks. I had to follow up myself just to get a response. When I finally did hear back, I received a condescending denial letter citing a posted sign stating they are not responsible for damage. That was the extent of their “investigation.” I sent follow-up emails requesting additional information and clarification, but those were never answered. Accidents can happen, and I would have appreciated an honest and respectful response. Instead, the lack of communication and dismissive handling of the situation

Been a member here for a couple years. Under the previous ownership, the carwash was better maintained. Now, you can expect that something will not be working when your car goes through the wash. Brushes not spinning, chemicals are depleted, tire gloss is hit or miss. Overall, for the money it’s still not horrible but I definitely feel like they take advantage of their customers and do not work hard to do right by them. I’m paying for 100% of the service, but I’m not getting everything I’ve paid for.

Shoutout to DAN at FRAZER!! He helped me get the license plate reader working properly when it hadnt been working since i got my member ship! Also they have the OCEAN AIR FRESHENERS which are WAY BETTER than the black ice!
