Said they were open 4th of July. I drove 24 miles to a closed store! That's 48 miles round trip. Your false advertisements cost me 2hrs of my time and wear an tear on my vehicle. Get it right or don't advertise Your incompetence...
Walked into Napa Auto Parts and was flat-out ignored until some miserable old man finally shouted at me to ask what I wanted. After I grabbed my package, he aggressively yelled “you’re welcome” peppered with profanity and nasty language.
Slow service. Part not in stock after waiting 15 minutes. One clerk only.
Endless supply of Auto Parts for trucks and cars for the professional or the do-it-yourselfer I don't think there's anything they can't find for you if it's not in stock the staff will be more than happy to order it for you staff member mr. Allison is always extremely helpful and friendly I recommend them highly for any of your auto and truck supply needs Tom. A.
I came in to ask about parts needed for an oil change. Guy at the desk was very nice and helpful and helped us find everything we needed. Prices were pretty good too.
