LUV Car Wash

LUV this car wash! Does a great job on my Jeep! I luv that they provide vacuums & towels! And the convenience of paying monthly and the option of going everyday! The staff are always pleasant and super friendly. I would highly recommend LUV car wash.🩷

I usually go to the LUV in Norristown since it’s closer to home but was traveling to Lancaster so I stopped here on the way. Everything seemed normal until I got to the polishing part (Norristown doesn’t have this) and it completely and entirely ripped off my rear windshield wiper. To my surprise they showed me a sign saying it won’t be covered even though their machines were what broke my windshield wiper. When I spoke to the person in charge they told me damage happens often there and never gets approved and he had to come out to pocket himself which I find insane. If management doesn’t approve this damage then I will be cancelling my $45/mo membership.

Always a good wash, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The free vacuums, air gun, and towels afterward are great. I've had 2 occasions where something didn't quite go right in the system (like it forgot to apply tire shine or the cloth roller at the end didn't come down), but the staff was eager to help both times by letting me go through again. Shout out to Breanna L. for helping me the last time. You could argue that it's a little pricey for the higher-end washes, but the ceramic one might be worth it! This has become my go-to car wash.

Did you know they'll power wash your all-weather mats if you have a membership?! We were already considering a membership because the place is wonderful and the kids love it but that pushed me over the edge. Jim and Lucas were so helpful! Will be back weekly! Thanks guy!
