LUV Toyota Bradford Service Department

I was very upset with the service I received here. I had went in for a couple of recalls quite some time ago. When I picked up the car they had put the glove box back on crooked or not on all the way, I did not even notice they actually broke part of my dashboard, broke pieces off of it, and then cracked the part of the dash where the radio and stuff is on! I never even saw the pieces that were broken for a long time because it was on the passenger side! I guess thats why they didn't feel the need to tell me. Anyway, I will definitely not bring any vehicles back here and I advise everyone else to think twice before going to their service department or at the very least, check your vehicle thoroughly before and after! Take pictures if you must! :)

Mechanic that worked on our van was very unprofessional, we had an airbag recall and side door recall. When we picked the van up it looked like a hurricane hit the inside! The center console and glove box were emptied out then just shoved back in, stuff was on the floor and sunglasses were broke! The things I had stored under the seat, spare sneakers, notepad, and paper towels were thrown up on the back seat, it looked like my van had been ransacked, very disappointed. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get to them and I get my van back like that. NOT THE WAY IT WAS WHEN I LEFT IT THERE!!! Won't be going back there.

They are very attentive and perform excellent work with rapid turnaround times. I have never been disappointed yet. I would recommend their work anytime.
