This was the second time we took a car to Lux Auto Body & Paint, and we couldn't be happier. This was not an insurance claim, but rather our choice to have Lux beautify one of our cars. We could have taken it back to the Mercedes dealership, but we chose Lux due to the excellent results from our first visit. It all started with the reception from Eve at the front desk. She is super friendly, knowledgeable about the entire repair process, and updated us on every stage of the process. Most amazing of all, when she called to tell us that the body shop found more damage than originally expected, she was apologetic. (We actually knew about the damage because we had the original estimate done by the dealership) I can't say enough good things about not only the results, by Lux Auto Body & Paint,

My wife and I were in an accident where we needed to seek coverage from our insurance. We were brought the RV to Lux and were asked to pay SO MUCH IN STORAGE FEES because of the time that had passed and the ~$200/day fee. Omar had advocated for us and guided us to demand better service from AAA. Lux auto body shop and Omar also stayed open 1 hr late to help us remove out things. 2 lessons from this situation: 1) WATCH OUT FOR STORAGE FEES AND ESTIMATORS LIKE HENRY from AAA who delay to the point where it’s at your expense 2) Maintain open communication like we had with Omar so you can go through the process with some education. When I tell you there's angels on earth, please believe me. A neighbor side swiped my suv and left some minor but need to be repaired damages. I received three estimates, and Lux Auto by far was the best. Not only was the price agreeable, but the integrity of business was appreciated. Peter is the angel on earth. His gentle spirit is a vibe. My suv looks brand new again, and I'm taking my other car there so it can once again look brand new. I highly recommend oh yes, and they're certified. Blessings to you!

Lux Auto Body & Paint makes you feel like you've stepped into an alternate universe—in the best way possible. Normally, dealing with auto body shops feels like a headache: rude front desk, mixed messages, and that sinking feeling you're being overcharged. Not here. Eve at the front desk is a total pro—friendly, sharp, and just genuinely helpful. I would not doubt that even when she’s just chillin’, she’s still on top of things. And Peter? Straight shooter. He and his team went above and beyond to get my car looking better than new. I've dealt with plenty of people in the auto repair world, but this was hands down the most impressive experience I’ve ever had. If your car needs work, go to Lux. Seriously—you’ll never want to take it anywhere else again.
