I bought a car from here a little over a year ago. There is a shop on site where they claim to look over or check out vehicles. The amount of problems that have come up with my vehicle he either A) is a liar about the quality B) is incompetent Also the battery in my key fob was dead, they promised a new one on pickup. When I came to pickup they said they didn’t have one at the moment but if I come back they would have one. **update - as the business says it is an old vehicle so problems can be expected. But when I went to get a routine oil change and everything was so over tightened that it was stripped out and I had to buy a new drip pan completely I feel the blame falls on Lux. Also the technician laughing and saying “who did you let work on this last?” Seems like a bad sign.

I was told it was impossible by "professionals" to find an SUV that's good in snow & in my price range. They called it a unicorn. After hunting through dealership & private sales and finally refining what I needed in a vehicle, I saw multiple vehicles on their site. Jared reached out immediately and, unlike others, took me seriously & treated me with respect. After test driving a few vehicles (there were many choices), I chose to purchase my favorite car I've ever had. The vehicles are clean, affordable, and I've never purchased a car so easily. I drove by Lux Motors recently and noticed their collection of American and foreign cars on the lot. I stopped by and found a Honda Accord that I really liked. After the test drive when the co-owner answered my questions about the car, I decided to buy it. The process took less than an hour, there was no haggling and game playing that you find at the big dealerships. I appreciate the patience and professionalism of Lux Motors. I highly recommend them for the customer service and great taste in cars!
