Class act business that goes the extra mile!!!! Needed a tire place close by, saw they had good reviews, and they did not disappoint. Turab is the MAN! He made sure everything was explained clearly, gave me a more than fair deal, and even pulled some strings to insure I’d be back on the road same day despite my later arrival. 100% recommend to anyone in the area, best customer service and service around!!

I had such a great experience here. Javier and Omar were incredibly helpful and so patient explaining everything to me in a way that actually made sense. As someone who’s not a car expert, I never felt talked down to or rushed. They were super kind and genuinely made me feel like they just wanted to help, not sell me something I didn’t need. I absolutely love this place!! The staff are always so friendly to me and they are very thorough with both their work and their explanations. I took my car in to get some work done a few months ago and I had to bring it back this weekend because a part was malfunctioning. The part was under warranty so they fixed everything free of charge and even kept the shop open late so that I could pick it up same day! 10/10, Luxe Auto is a great neighborhood car shop.

Great experience. When I went to pick up my car, they told me the cost had changed significantly. The good news is it cost far less than their quoted price. Very respectful and professional customer service. Quick turnaround time. I highly recommend this shop. It'll be my go to for any future repairs.
