I had an excellent experience with Artak. He’s a former BMW mechanic and truly one of the most knowledgeable car people I’ve met in the U.S. He has worked in the industry more than 30 years. What stood out immediately was how clearly he understands not just BMWs, but cars in general. He knows exactly what needs to be done, what doesn’t need to be done, and explains things in a very honest and straightforward way. It’s rare to find a mechanic with this level of experience and mechanical understanding. Top notch bmw repair facility. Don't even think about going to a bmw dealership. The guys at luxury auto are far more knowledgeable than any technician at the dealerships. In my 30 years of driving bmw"s I've tried multiple bmw dealerships and countless independent repair shops and I've never found a better place than luxury auto center. I would give 10 stars if I could. You will not be disappointed. .

Artak is awesome! I purchased a BMW from auction that had trouble starting up. The initial problem was both batteries wouldn’t hold charge. Then after detailing the car, replacing the intake and cabin filters and performing an oil change myself, the engine would only start and stall again. I took the car to a first mechanic (Zygmunt Motors) that told me the car was a dud and I should scrap or donate it. The news was crushing, but instead of listening to him I decided to get another opinion. I talked to Artak before getting the car towed to his shop and he said he can do anything. The man showed me exactly what the problem was, the engine assembly cracked due to years of neglect where the previous owners weren’t performing oil changes as needed. Luxury Auto Center did repairs that the dealership said would cost over $17,000 for just over $5,500. I'll take that saving any day! This list of repairs is long, but I'll give the main ones here: valve-stem seals, turbo clamps, differential bushings, thrust bearings, flex discs, catalytic converter swap out (DP's), intake airbox, air ducting, etc. Having had BMW's for years, it's a real miracle to find an expert certified shop that doesn't charge a king's ransom. I was extremely pleased that they cleaned the engine & engine compartment as well as the BMW Alpina rims. The car looks like it's new and I didn't expect that since I was taking the car in for repairs. They did the exterior wash. Fantastic shop!
