Luzo Auto Body

I brought my first car to Luzo 15 years ago. I was young and was living paycheck to paycheck. Someone had struck my car and while it wasn't my fault and the repair wasn't going to cost me anything out of pocket, I was stressing about how I was going to get to work while my car was in the shop. So I was driving from auto body shop to auto body to ask how long an estimated repair would take. I worked in the South Shore area at that time and didn't have a credit card to be able to rent a car. When I came to Luzo, I asked Victor if it would be possible to drop the car on a Friday and get the work done on a weekend so that I could miss the minimal amount of time from my job. He said "I think I solve that problem for you" and he handed me the keys to a small car owned by their shop at no charge.

Luxo Auto Body did an AMAZING job on the repair of my 2024 Toyota Corolla across. They were very helpful, friendly and informative of the happenings. Unfortunately the Insurance was delayed due to the Holidays, and I received more information from Luzo then I did from my own Insurance Company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Victor and Adriana are AMAZING!

Great bodyshop. The only place I'll go for bodywork on my vehicles. Excellent service and work. They even took care of the rental reservation for me. They seriously made a frustrating situation easy.
