I had an excellent experience with the repair work done on my 2018 VW Beetle after it was involved in an accident. I chose LC because it was the nearest subaru certified collision center to me (2 hours away). First thing that stood out to me was that they were really patient when explaining the process to me. Honestly a couple things went wrong. They told me my car was ready for pick up, but when I got home, I found unopened boxes of new rims in my trunk. I then had to schedule to go back for over half a day for my car to go to the alignment shop and get those installed. Felt like kind of a big oversight. Another thing was the work done on my windshield from a pebble hitting it. It looked super great after they fixed it. You could barely tell anything had ever happened at all. But after a few days, it recracked to what it looked like originally. The team was really nice and gave me a full refund on it,

My gas cap cover came off while at the bar wash across the street. Without thinking, I pulled into this business to have somebody take a look at it. I didn't realize that it was after 5 until I walked into an empty dark lobby. Jordan was about to leave for the day when he spotted me. He didn't hesitate to help me replace the cover and made great suggestions on the next steps to ensure it's fixed for good. Based on the customer service alone, I'll be paying this place a visit again soon!

Extremely satisfied with the repair we received from Lynchburg Colliision. They were very professional and kept us informed during the repair process. They even saw to it that the rental car was returned to Enterprise. Highly recommend them for vehicle repaor!

Travis and the team at Lynchburg Collision were excellent! I hit a deer in July and had my truck back in less then two months. They got the job done perfectly the first time and in a reasonable amount of time (even though they had to fight with insurance). They kept me informed every step of the way, made sure I knew of any set backs and what they were doing to fix them! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have body work done! They’re friendly and very professional with everything they do!!
