Had a recall. The appointment was very quick to schedule. Great customer service. Ample waiting area. It took about the estimated time to complete. Had an area for kids to unwind.

I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Armada from Lynchburg Nissan. This would be the first experience I have ever had with a Nissan Dealership. I want you to know that my Experience was awesome. The personnel in this dealership treated me professionally and went over and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. After my purchase I noticed some scratches and swirl marks in my Armada. This dealership went over and beyond and placed my vehicle into a professional body shop and made sure that my Armada came out like new at no charge and this wet sanding detail was very expensive. Thank you Lynchburg Nissan You Are Awesome.
