Lynch's Towing

Fraudulent, predatory, and illegal business practices. On September 22, 2025, our semi-truck was towed by Lynch’s Towing in Brockton. They issued us a fraudulent invoice for $8,383.98 — charging for heavy wreckers, tractors, supervisors, and multiple crew members that were never used or dispatched. Massachusetts law sets clear limits: towing a commercial vehicle up to 5 miles is capped at $132 plus $6.60 per additional mile. Lynch’s charged over 30× the legal maximum and then refused to accept credit card payment, even though they advertise Visa/MasterCard. Instead, they are illegally holding our equipment hostage. If I could give this company zero stars that would be a much more accurate rating. I have never seen such a toxic business environment. I had gone to pick up a car with a friend who recently had their car towed by this company. The owners, management, and dispatchers are racist, ignorant, and just overall disrespectful. The owners and manager scream at their employees and customers with no regards as my friend and I witnessed while waiting for their car. They only treat you like a person when it’s for their benefit. They will talk to one person normally and another who’s of color or may not speak English like they’re a burden. It’s disgusting and not how you should treat people let alone run a business. Do better! The drivers however are incredible and don’t get nearly enough credit!

Always there quickly, great driver, sorry I forget his name, who was professional, knew his job well and was very kind to me with empathy after I'd just totaled my dad's car because a driver blew straight through a stop sign. Love Lynch's!

I actually was in a collision picking them up in case they closed and couldn’t make payment on time. Another car was stationed by their gates, I just simply asked if they had footage the dispatcher was so genuine , and kind she did call back and say I’m sorry our camera don’t reach that far. If I ever need a tow because I’m not from that area and need a tow while in that area they will be the first I call just off the dispatchers genuineness and politeness

I can’t say enough great things about this company! Always super quick, friendly, and stress-free. I’ve trusted them with several services—inspection sticker, brake job, and four new tires—and they’ve never let me down. Every time, the service is professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. It feels great knowing I have a go-to place I can count on for everything from emergencies to regular maintenance. Highly recommend!
