Third strike and I am done. Two of them in the last year, and both should have been a basic oil change. The first time was years ago, so I won't get into it, but we actually stopped using them for a while after that. The first one this year: they broke something in the filter system during an oil change. After the oil change, my check engine light came on. We brought it back and were told nothing was wrong and that the engine light was off, so we started driving home. The engine light comes back on, so we have to bring it back again. This time they finally admit their screw-up, but say it will take until Monday to get the part to fix it.
