Everyone was very nice and approachable. Not being very familiar with the area I pulled in to see if they could help me with my vehicle. The mechanic Junior quickly diagnose my vehicle, and even though they usually only work on vehicles that they sell, he decided to fit me in. I was very grateful and now warm thanks to my heat blower being repaired. He even squeezed in an extra service for me Thank you guys, I was very happy to leave this 5 ⭐

Super unprofessional and condescending to young buyers. Their business cards say they offer financing, but they don’t and they make you feel broke for even asking (despite having more than 50% able to be put down). They also had me sit down and do 10 minutes worth of paperwork just to tell me that the car I’m looking at already actually has a deposit on it and there’s no financing.

Highly recommend for repairs and sales ! The mechanic is so good it might be tough to get an appointment with him. You are lucky if you do!

Had an awesome experience with Lynnway Auto. Came up from Rhode Island to find a specific model they happened to have in stock. Junior who helped me with my sale was extremely courteous and relatable in our interactions. I came later in the day and he was more than happy to stay around as long as needed to get our deal done, for that I thank you dearly. They made sitting through three traffic jams more than worth it.
