I hope you are sitting down for this one: I found an HONEST auto repair shop! Ricardo was upfront and in plain English, not tech-talk, he explained what my car needed, how much it would cost, how long it would take and gave me an estimate without hesitation. The entire staff was great and I thank them for getting me back on the road!

They had the tires I needed but lack the overall customer service. During the week I spoke to the presumed owner a couple of times on one occasion he did get testy with me when I asked him the year of the used tire & but overall he was polite in person & helpful but I returned on Saturday to get the tires & other services but come to find out they don’t do any service on the weekend except tires and the guys that work on the weekend just had a very indifferent attitude like they couldn’t care one way or another which was a huge turn off. I suggest going to Jackpot Tires in Lawndale they have better pricing on tires & the tires they have are cherry picked they will not sell anything that isn’t at least 70% tread left on used and only 2-3 years old. Always check the DOT year of manufacture w
