We have used M Auto several times. They do a great job. I appreciate them checking my car over each time it's in their shop. Their extra effort keeps us up to date with any maintenance or issues we may have not been aware of.

I highly recommend Javier and Leslie. They went above and beyond to get my Tundra fixed they provided 2 quotes one from Toyota Dealership parts and another O’really parts per my request. I’m extremely impressed with their diagnostic and fast communication. They even stayed extra time past their closing time to get the job done because I needed my truck for the next day. My Tundra drives a lot better and safer. They have become my to go mechanics.

He was able to diagnose what was going on in our Murano and get it back on the road! Thanks so much! No one else was able to figure it out.

Honest feedback: This is mostly directed at the receptionist/scheduler. The mechanics are great. Extremely fair prices. I know y'all are a new shop with pretty fair prices. That’s why we chose your business. However, you lost us as a customer with asking us if you could meet us at the shop later and later because you wanted to grab coffee and breakfast when we brought our sedan in. And then again, you lost us, when I requested a quote for work on an alignment, tire rotation, and a detailed inspection of my vehicle. I requested that quote and you stated you would send it via text. You never did. I then received a confirmation text late last night of my appointment, scheduled for today, with a time stamp of 11:57 PM. You gotta communicate better with your customers. Treat them better. I ho

Took my car here for an oil change and put new spark plugs. They were able to get me in and out quickly and did good work. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable mechanic in the Conroe area.
