M & K Auto Repair

Be careful with M & K Auto. I had a part replaced under warranty, and they charged me labor without telling me beforehand. I never authorized it, and it only showed up on the invoice after the work was done. Not once before were any fees discussed. Make sure you get all fees in writing before agreeing to anything—this shop didn’t follow that basic transparency.

I wish I can leave a zero star rating. This guy had our car for around 6 months and didn’t fix it. We got it back one day and it our car died multiple times before we made it home. He had to come pick up after we paid around $3000 to fix it and we got it back not long ago still having the same issues. We took it to another mechanic shop that is trust worthy and we have to pay them what we paid this guy to do. They said he either did nothing or he did a terrible job. M&K basically stole our money and refuse to refund. We going to have to take legal action to get our money back. I Do Not Recommend these people! They either have no clue what they are doing or they are liars, crooks, and thieves.

Had THE BEST experience here! Matt and Payton took amazing care of my car, they got me in for a good bit of work with two days notice, saved me about 5100$, and my car rides like a brand new vehicle! I absolutely love the small “mom and pop” vibe they have in the shop and you can see how much pride they take in their work the minute you walk in. Only going here in the future, and i couldn’t recommend a better mechanic shop to go to!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING!!!
