I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received from M&M. I dropped my car off on 6/23 to repair a rear-end collision (not my fault) and didn’t get it back until 8/29—after countless calls and texts on my part. I have attached pictures to help illustrate that this process should have never taken 2+ months. My rental coverage expired after 30 days, leaving me to pay out of pocket for the remaining 37 days, as the at-fault party’s insurance coverage maxed out at $10,000. While the staff are sweet and appear to care, the service was inexcusably slow and the communication or lack thereof between the shop and insurance was extremely inefficient. Took my car there for some body work and I’m really glad that I found this place. The service was excellent and on time. I’m very happy with the repair and I would definitely go back. They went above and beyond and took care of my door handles as well.

From the jump, I could tell this place would take care of my car repair...Worked with Luis (& team) who is extremely professional, assured me my car would be as good as new. Needed repainting after my car was scratched throughout the vehicle! They finished on time and the car looks like new! I'm feeling wonderful about the whole experience.
