Very disappointing experience. I went in because my trunk was not opening, which only required a simple fuse replacement. The shop replaced the fuse, but then claimed that key programming was also done as part of the repair. No such programming work was actually performed. This felt misleading and dishonest. I strongly advise others to be cautious. Make sure the repair is clearly explained and, if possible, done in front of you. Otherwise, you may end up being charged or told about services that were never actually done.

This is best place for auto repair. I use to maintain my all cars at dealerships and realize how much they charge more just because they are dealership. Suresh bhai is very honest about the price and also advice for not spending extra if it’s not necessary. No upselling. People who expects exaggerated trained professionals may not be happy because this is a normal person who talks normally.

Exceptional service. Very upfront about prices and no upsell on unnecessary services. Negative reviews probably expected the luxuries of big name auto shops without consideration of how much big names ripoff on prices. This is a very honest, owner-driven business with fair pricing which explains how busy this place gets. Pep boys quoted me $400 for bogus part replacement for “upside down parts”. Suresh evaluated my car via test drive and made correct car diagnosis.

The place is very unprofessional. Do not recommend at all. When called for the quote his attitude was so rude that we don’t have time. Things will delay just to get the quote. The communication too was not professional at all. No respect for customers…

I always go here for my car needs. Suresh is a good and trustworthy person.
