Excellent experience. Mitch is a very friendly and laid back guy. He repaired a speedometer cluster for me and had it done in a day. He was also very flexible to work with my schedule.
Burned circuit board ,Bad solders, Blown leds , SMOKE, FIRE !!!!!! IN THE FIRST 2 MINS OF INSTALL 1st time plugging my cluster in, no leds came on. I tapped the cluster and they started working for a sec. Then the cluster blew some bulbs and started to SMOKE!!! Bad customer service I'M STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE ABOUT THIS ISSUE. My buddy at Fitz Cluster Repair llc took great care of me. He fixed everything and sum. He also told there were traces of a Fire.
Mitch went above and beyond to get my problematic gauge cluster issues figured out, fixed, and better than new with an led bulb upgrade. Also repaired my hvac control unit and replaced the bulbs. It was a good experience working with him and I’m very satisfied with the end result
Had my cluster in my 07 sliverado classic repaired as half the guages were not working as they should. Mitch told me to me to bring it in and he could repair it while I waited. 45 minutes later had my cluster back and working as good as new for less than half the price of a new one! Super guy to work with would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a guage cluster repaired!
We took the gauge cluster from my 2004 Chevy 2500HD to get rebuilt. Symptoms: gauges moving at random times. Fuel guage not accurate. Temp gauge was reading hot. Oil pressure not working. Speedo and tach not working. Cluster would reboot while driving. And battery would die if the truck would sit for more than a day. Our cluster was rebuilt and stickered on the back showing when the rebuild was done. And I marked my cluster to ensure I received mine back which I did. Fast service. Friendly service. All the headaches of the gauge cluster fixed in under an hour for around $130.00. Around a month later cluster is still functioning just fine. And the draw on the battery is now gone. Truck sat for 2 weeks and fired right up.
