First time customer. Had brake work and front end work. They did a great job!! They were friendly, the quote was very reasonable. I will definitely do business with them in the future.💯

I normally do not speak negative on these types of businesses unless the impact is extreme or dangerous . So I'm not going to say much to that effect. Too much to list... I reluctantly am stating these True facts. Essentially in my opinion I can Not recommend them , and neither can I return back with my business. I can say that the work that was performed was not thorough,or expeditious. My son's vehicle was not returned back to me completed.

Best Car Repair Shop in Medway/ Park Layne area. The ones on Rt 4 / 235 / Dayton Lakeview Rd are all related and all crooked. Ralphs is run by an honest guy who will do you right, and he is a good mechanic. You can't beat that. He's not out to screw you like other stations.
