M24 AUTO REPAIR

We are from out of town and were looking at a used car for sale, and Alex helped us make an informed decision. He was thorough and gave an honest and fair opinion. Highly recommended.

On Friday morning, my car broke down. He was able to get us in quickly and said that he would fix the issue at hand. We were visiting from out of state, and specifically told him that we just needed the issue addressed so we could get home safely. We were planning on leaving the next day, but understood that it could potentially have been kept until Monday if parts were needed, and we were okay with that. About four hours later, he called us and said it was ready. We went to go pick it up and he explicitly said that if we ran into any more issues, that he would refund us. He was confident he had addressed and fixed the issue. Well two days later, the same problem occurs and it turns out to be something that he knew was an issue, but didn’t fix because he didn’t have the parts. He never ask
