Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

I was looking to get my car a makeover paint job to make it feel new again. I was going to that “new” grey that I love so much! Maaco in Downey got the job done! My car turned out absolutely beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. On top of that my car was ready for pickup earlier than expected which was a plus. Customer service was great as well. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and he answered any questions I had, gave great advice, and made the experience pleasant. I highly recommend!!

Andrew at MAACO in downey is extremely exceptional to deal with. Very calm, not pressing explains every process to a T. He seems to love restoring cars with paint and body and gets you excited for the process. Deff was a lil bit skeptical about the place and results, but when i came back to pick up my lil girl forget about it. She was everything he had described and then some. If you want great service and a great job come over and speak with Andrew.... you'll go home happy. Specially when you get your car back. Also everyone here is extremely helpful and friendly. Came in one day when Andrew was not here and it was almost like they were the one id been dealing with the whole time. I'll be bringing my other cars back here soon. For the great job they do they are very well priced.

Andrew was very upfront and very informative when I initialed met him for an estimate. Answered all of my questions and had my car looking as if there was never any damage on my door. This is my second time selecting MAACO. The first was sometime in the early 2000s - 2025 is my second. What a difference since then, although this might only apply to the location in Downey: very professional with excellent service. Andrew was my sales rep. He called to provide an update on the progress. He invited me to check the work prior to painting my vehicle, invited me to check the work of the paint job when it was in the half-way point, and my vehicle (Platinum 2018 Cadillac CT-6) was ready prior to the estimated time. THAT is what I expect with regard to customer service. Excellent paint job, excellent service. Thank you Andrew, thank you MAACO for the professional training of your sales reps.

The work at Downey Maaco was great! The people worked with me for my full satisfaction. From the clean body work, a perfect part replacement, and the awesome paint work, my Acura feels like a brand new car. I will definitely use this shop again if ever needed. Beautiful work guys!
