Out of 3 Maaco centers in the area, the price here was in the middle. The customer service lady was great during estimate, drop off, and pickup. They never sent me photos, as promised, as the work progressed though. So I have no way to know if they actually sanded and primed before painting. That is my biggest concern. The interior of my car was a mess when I picked it up, so I had to do a thorough cleaning. This is a budget chain, so you get what you pay for I suppose. I was just hoping for a little more care in the process.
The staff were great and the work to my car is phonaminal. You can't even tell where the damage was. I would recommend Maaco in Forest Park all day everyday. Thanks so much for the work and the love
I had my car painted at this location several years ago. I brought it back to have my paint matched and it's not the same color. They had excuse after excuse as to why the color doesn't match. (Because my car was white at first, it wasn't prep right, the paint was old, the company is under a new crew/management/ownership). My car is now 2 toned and I'm so disappointed. My husband and I had matching painted jobs as a anniversary gift to ourselves, we no longer match. When I was attempting to pay they also tried to pass an extra fee for their card machine that was going to be an additional charge of $60+dollars. I refused to pay it. P.S. And they didn't put all the screws back underneath my car so the cover fell off while I was driving the same day l picked it up. . I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS
I know my car was terrible… I’m just accident prone unfortunately, but the staff at Maaco made the repair feel like a breeze, it was done so fast and my car looks good as new! Their professionalism and affordability are astounding and I definitely recommend getting work done from this establishment, my experience was so quick and easy! Thanks again!
They did a spectacular job on my 1997 Honda Civic. My second visit at this Forest Park location. Will do business in the future if needed... Very satisfied customer..
