Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

I had a very disappointing experience at this Maaco location. When I first came in, I got an estimate from Ethan and left my car right away. He was very friendly, so I trusted them. After about a week, I picked up my car and immediately noticed multiple problems. There was a paint dent on the rear bumper, paint on the plastic parts of both side mirrors, paint drips running down the lower side of the car that were already dried and a lot of other minor issues too. These were clearly careless mistakes. What bothered me the most was that no one apologized, even though the damage was obviously caused by them. They told me it would be covered under warranty, but the earliest appointment they offered was almost TWO MONTHS later. If the shop made the mistake, shouldn’t warranty customers be p

Dropped off my Nova to be painted. Hope it comes out like I want. We will see after it's done. The car was in primer and then the final paint and clear coat. I was very happy with everything from start to finish. Juan and Jose were great. They took care of everything that my car needed. I will recommend the Gardena Macco to anyone.

high expectations for both the service and customer care. They state from the jump they will keep in contact, and keep you looped in with everything. That's a lie. However, when I picked up my car, I found several issues that still needed fixing. There was massive overspray above my tires and underneath the car, dried paint that looked like it was running down, and dents in certain areas, despite having paid extra for bodywork and door jams. Additionally, the battery was drained because they hadn't properly unplugged it, which resulted in two indicators that they claimed I had come in with. This ultimately led to me having to replace the battery. When I returned to have everything fixed correctly, I had to wait almost two weeks just to get my car back in. Took my 92 FJ80 in for paint and body. Paint job was great. FYI I didn't buy the low end package the offer so I cant speak to those paint jobs. Only 4 of 5 stars because they didn't charge the vehicle battery b4 returning it and I had to wire my own headlights. However i will be back for the next vehicle
