They did a great job I really like the new paint job. They were basically spot on with the estimate as well they said about 2 weeks and I got it back 2 weeks 2 days later.

I had a door painted and installed, I was initially happy with the work they did, but I went to wash my car and I noticed some black sticky stuff on the top of my drivers side front door. I opened my door and notice that the insulated door trim was tore up and had a bunch of black sticky stuff on it like they used something to cover up the damage. Then I noticed a bunch of scratches like someone was trying to use a hanger or something to get the door unlocked and the top corner of my door you can tell was pried open to make room for whatever was being stuck in there. So it looks like someone accidentally left the keys in the truck and did what they could to retrieve them. Mind you I wash my truck at least once a week depending on how dirty it gets. I was really upset about the length of time it took for completion but they explained the reason and it made sense. AFTER I RECEIVED MY CAR BACK, THE PAINT JOB AND DENT WORK WAS AWESOME!! IT LOOKED LIKE A BRAND NEW VEHICLE!! Thanks guys, I’m very happy every time I look at my vehicle.

I had such a great experience with MAACO! They were professional from start to finish and kept me updated the whole time about what was going on with my vehicle. What really impressed me is how they took the extra initiative to fix a few things they didn’t even have to and with that kind of care is rare these days! The paint job is absolutely beautiful, smooth, shiny, and it made my car look brand new again. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The OWNER QUINCY is also awesome very hands on and made sure I was is taken care of! If you want great quality, honesty, and people who actually care about your car, MAACO is the place to go. I’m beyond happy with the results!

Bumper looks great. Communication and efficiency are subpar. Expect them to have the vehicle for at least double the amount of time they quoted you for. You’ll never hear back from them if you leave a message or they say they’ll call you back. Highly suggest actually speaking to someone and getting your answers when you have them on the phone. Probably would choose a different shop next time, but they got the job done.
