I would give Josh and team 6 stars if possible. The process was very straightforward and smooth. My vehicle came back looking better than it did when I purchased it. Absolutely no signs of damage and it was $2,000 lower than than a quote I received from another shop. Highly recommend!!!!

MAACO at Independence made my 2003 Mercury Grand Marquee look like it just left the show room. I've gotten many compliments on how nice it looks.

The paint is relatively heavy texture, decent amount of orange peel on doors and bed sides. The mask off was relatively sloppy, there is hard lines and over spray on various points on the vehicle. However The price was reasonable and slightly less than another shop. The shop communicated very well overall. All in all I’m fine with price and product.

Would NOT RECOMMEND. Completely unprofessional and lies that don’t sand behind their work. “Corporate” was absolutely no help. First they told me The part didn’t fly off, then they told me that I ran over some, which I obviously didn’t, then they said that it was probably messed up from oil oil change come on now. It’s a splash guard that go under the bumper. And there were no screws or screw marks from having been screwed in.

Received an on-site estimate. Mr. Smith was courteous, professional and above all, honest. I was comfortable iwith him as he addressed my concerns.. I was able to schedule the repairs within one week. Thank you Maaco in Independence, MO.
