Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

My friends used to tell me never to take my car to Maaco and I will say I was skeptical but I did not trust other painters that would charge about the same to have my car and other body shops would’ve easily charged 3x more Brian the manager and his team did an overall great job and was exactly what I wanted communication was also great and Brian sent a little snip it photo when it was in the paint booth that put my mind at ease originally quoted a week turn around it took about 8 working days all together and it was totally justified.

My day started with an appointment with Don's Bodyshop. I had traded my vehicle to my girlfriend's 2006 Nissan Armada. She purchased it right off the Smryna, TN factory line. Low mileage, in perfect shape, other than where the sun baked the paint off the top. So I'm in love with the vehicle other than the paint. Don's told me unless I was serious and was willing to pay over $10,000 they wouldn't write the estimate. Sadly I left quickly heart broken. However, the receptionist at Don's told me ahead of time I might want to check with Maaco. I drove straight to Maaco. There I met Brian. No appointment. He immediately took the time to look over my vehicle and provide me with an estimate and scheduled my vehicle right away because the estimate was less than 50% of what Don's wouldn't quote me!

Brian and his team at Maaco in Overland Park were amazing to work with on fixing my ol’ Sienna’s bumper. They did a great job and there were a few extra surprises with my bumper thanks to a few “homemade fixes” we had done to the bumper prior to getting it fixed! Brian was awesome! He gave me a fair bid (right there on the spot! No waiting for email in a week or so). Once my part came in, scheduling was easy as well. No long wait times and he kept me updated on progress in a timely fashion! I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism! While I hope I don’t need his services in the future, for obvious reasons, I will absolutely return here again if I do AND I will recommend him and his team to all my friends!! Thanks again Brian!!

Outstanding job. I brought in a 2011 Nissan Juke for my daughter to have some minor body work done, the headlights polished and a new paint job. They brought the car back to life and my daughter loves it and it looks great.

Great review. I installed the front mirror of my car. I went to many auto repair shops, but either the prices were high or they didn’t want to take the job. In the end, I went to the address given by a nearby shop that initially didn’t want to take it. I went there just to give it a try, and it turned out to be very straightforward, the price was cheap, and the work efficiency was high. Definitely trustworthy.
