Long overdue post, after 2 separate amazing experiences with Mark here! Was in my first accident in 2023 while pregnant, someone blew a stop sign on a busy road and my front bumper/hood got pretty smashed up. Needless to say, I was so stressed and lost, with how to get the repairs and afford it. Not only was Mark incredibly kind and informative, he was also a genuinely good human and helped me save massively on any other place I had considered going. Just this past year, I was also rear-ended in the same vehicle and took it straight to Mark. Once again, he saved me time, money and so much stress. Best of all, my car ended up looking even newer both times after the work was done! He was able to replace my back bumper with the one that actually matched my vehicle, had no clue it had previous

Go with Maaco First! (or learn the hard way like I did) Would you want to pay $7,200 or $1,400 to repair cosmetic damage? I’d give a 10 out of 5 stars review for my experience with Mark at Maaco, here’s my story: Gerber Collision & Glass on Francis wanted $7,200 to fix 17 scratches and 4 small dents from windstorm damage. Gerber went all in to milk insurance and got them to even total my vehicle! Then Gerber tore my car apart, left it in pieces, and told me I had to tow it away if I didn’t want to pay for their full estimate--AND they wouldn’t put it back together either! Floored! Enter Mark from Maaco. He and his amazing team stepped in, painted and repaired the cosmetic damage, and did it for only $1,400! It looks great, too! They did a wonderful job. Worth the drive to Spokane! I consulted a MAACO close to home (*not* Spokane) just for a simple paint job. Well, the guy there looked at my car, then started spouting some bizarre utter nonsense about how complicated it would be to paint it, how much work would be involved, how none of their advertised specials could be applied, blah blah blah. Sadly for him, he didn't know he was talking to people with keenly-honed radar for BS, and boy did it smell bad. A few *days* later he emailed me a quote with an absolutely RIDICULOUS high price. Thinking it was a mistake or a misunderstanding, we went back for an explanation. Once again, he showered me with the same now-laughable BS. No way was I going to give them my business. On an insurance claim my car was done very poorly somewhere else… I took it to Maako and omgosh it’s like I have a brand new car! They fixed the bad job the other place did and I had them paint the whole car! It’s beautiful! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! They are nice, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns! I’m happy!
