Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

I had gone Maaco in Bellevue periodically for several years yet since they closed I contacted Maaco in Woodinville to get my car repaired. I talked to Clayton and he was very accommodating in getting my car repaired in a timely manner. Clayton ordered the parts and as soon as the parts came in, I brought my car to the Maaco shop in Woodinville and it was repaired by the end of the week. Since i hadn’t been to the Maaco in Woodinville location before I was pleasantly surprised the great customer service and the excellent repair & painting work done. Where the damage was on my car bumper it looked like new. If I ever need body repair again I will definitely bring my car to Maaco in Woodinville & I highly recommend others to go there.

Amazing paint job so far! Sent me pictures of the truck prepped and they did a great job going down to bare metal if not very close to bare metal and the paint looks amazing for the great price. My only place of critique was I had to ask for most of the updates on the truck which is small and just little things like some bolts not being tight or forgetting to put the floor mats back in so I will have to pick those up. Apart from that Carter was super easy to work with and I will definitely go here again!

Five stars for this shop and its owner, Clayton Eng. The service is prompt, professional, and genuinely caring. After losing my previous trusted mechanic, I wasn’t sure where to go, but Clayton has definitely earned my confidence. As a busy mom of three, timeliness matters to me, and he gets the work done quickly without adding unnecessary charges or surprises. He does exactly what’s agreed on and does it well. I trust this shop with my car, and I’ll be recommending Clayton to others. Highly worth it!

My experience at Maaco was a complete nightmare. Horrible communication from the staff, they did not deliver my truck in a timely manner, I had to take my truck back to them because they failed to paint my entire mirrors instead they cut corners and didn’t paint the inside of the fold up mirror. They had my windows rolled all the way down in their warehouse and the inside was covered in filth and dust. To their credit they did clean it but it should’ve never happened and I had to waste my time to take it back to them for it to be cleaned. The paint itself came out with tons of orange peel. I do not recommend this horrible company, very unsatisfied with the whole experience. No partial refund or anything for the amount of horrible things they did.
