BAIT & SWITCH Advertised price is NOT what you will be asked to pay, salesman said no printed list of added fees or price points of added costs? what? you can not show me what the added fees are costing me??? Fees like TT&L are understandable but another 4k of added accessories I don’t want, like theft protection, paint protection that was obviously not done, nitrogen in tires (which is crock) vin etching…and so on, so I am supposed to just accept whatever you add to the advertised price??? I thought there were laws against this type of dishonest and false advertising? Buyers be aware! Unfortunately, the service at Mack Haik Ford Lincoln went from good to bad. Communication with the service department has been disappointing and I'm sure there are some workers at the dealership are trying their best. The excuse I got from one of the employees is they are short handed and it would take 3 days to do a diagnostic services only. Wow! What a waste of time for the customer. I will think twice about purchasing a vehicle from Mac Haik again. Poor customer service!

Sales experience top rate. Service after that aweful. No communication, customer service is not top rated. Still waiting on a call to be returned after 2 weeks.
