Nick was able to help me when my antenna stopped working for key fob and my car was not locking or unlocking. He fixed everything super quickly and for less money than best buy. And was able to do it on the spot, where best buy I was going to have to wait over a week to get in. Thanks Nick you were great!

Had a Viper remote start installed a few years back. It stopped working after a year or so, and Mach 1 replaced it, free of charge. It's worked great since. I find their staff to be helpful and accommodating. Bought a new fob for the Viper as a Christmas gift for my wife this year, and the tech prioritized getting it programmed for me, again, at no charge. Great place, I recommend Mach 1.

They installed a remote start on my mother's 2020 Lincoln Nautilus when the vehicle already comes equipped with one on the key fob. So they either are not knowledgeable on which vehicles come standard with remote start or did the service anyways to get the money from her. Would not recommend their service.

Had a remote start installed a couple years back and has worked great but stopped working recently. I called set up a time to have them take a look at it and while I waited they took care of the issue and installed a new part at no charge. Thank you again
