Mach-1 Express Wash of Cartersville

I like that they actually use a brush to clean back where your license plate and the back of your back window and the front of your grill .. I can’t remember the name of the car wash over there by QT. It’s loves now. I stopped going there even though they had a great membership. They didn’t scrub anything and it was always missed. I did pay $15 for this car wash can’t do this every week, but it was needed.

go to any other car wash. this cheap car wash won’t add anymore than 2 spray cleaning bottles. when I asked for another one because all were in use they said they don’t have any because people steal them. I get it but buy some more 2$ spray bottles so people don’t have to wait 10 mins for someone to be done. I use an express car wash to not be taking 30 mins to wash my car but it ended up being that long since I had to wait for cloths and sprays. also the mat machine was out of order as well. go a few miles up the road and use a different one. also was 15$ for the most basic wash and my car still wasn’t very clean.

This place is supposed to be open and yet it is closed today. If we are paying subscription prices, at least maintain open hours. The carwash itself is mediocre at best. Often spots missed.

This team went above and beyond to help me when I had a small issue with my original wash. I was given a rewash for the same value that I paid for the original wash which took care of the issue. It means a lot when a company will do everything they can to meet your needs and keep you as a customer. Thank you
