I don’t know what happened, we had good service a couple of years ago, but we brought my Jeep in for service the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (1 month ago) and hadn’t heard a thing from Bill. No estimate, no time frame, nothing. I called and called and called with no response but once telling us he was sick for a week and he’ll get right on it. Then we called and called and called again with ZERO response. I don’t know, I own my own business as well, and if people were relying on me I would at least return phone calls - even if I was sick in bed! We were thinking our Jeep got stolen, or Bill drove it down to Florida to start a new life…who knew!! My husband and I drove an hour to his business to pick it up (without him knowing) and we walked in and he was just sitting at his desk….l

Update 10.8.2021 - Just paid another shop to correct the driver side upper front spring isolator. It was not installed correctly and the locating pins were not protruding through the spring mount. I want some money back! Update 9.1.2021 - I just realized that the rear sway bar links were also installed wrong. See pics. I think I should be refunded some money for the time I spent correcting their mistakes. This is my experience, yours may vary. Good place, the owner is nice and honest and the coworkers are just as good, everyone does their share here. Had a nice little display rack and set up in the front as well. Had my subaru worked on and everything turned out good, thank you!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very fast and clean install of my KargoMaster ladder rack for my Colorado. Gave very solid advice about lifting kits and options in the future I was interested about. If you're thinking about lifting your first truck I would come here and get some good advice first. Definitely coming here again for my future plans.

I've been a customer of his for a long time and I will continue to bring my vehicles here. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Any "issue" I have had is related to a defective part, not the service itself and it's quickly attended to before I get my car back. I don't feel like I'm being gouged when I bring my car in to get fixed, which is a good feeling. Great service and affordable.
