Owner barely speaks intelligible English. Just look at his response to the other negative review - largely incomprehensible. Example: "when you could even stand up talking to us drunk..." What?? And he even had the POOR integrity of leaving a five-star review for his own business. Absolutely unprofessional. Went ahead and reported that, since it's an obvious conflict of interest. If you want to do business with someone with a middle school education, this is the place for you. For anything else, take your business elsewhere. Edit: Watch this. He's the type that will do one of two things. Or both. First, he'll write some kind of nonsense rant. Second, he'll probably say something like "Say this to my face" or some other middle school bully approach. And that should tell you EVERYTHING

Very Unprofessional place to buy a car. Promised me everything on the car would be fixed and it would come with a sticker. When I picked the car up and was driving home the exhaust got louder and louder. The owner Chad never responds to text messages or phone calls. Got the run around over the title for three weeks and never could get it registered in my name. I had the car looked at by NEXT LEVEL in concord on Manchester street which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, they gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed which included breaks tire rods and control arms. That I was told mad motors had fixed. When I asked for my money back I was told because I got a second opinion they were washing their hands of it and now charging me past due storage for them having the car while I waited for it to get

I Love these guys!!! I bought a car from South end auto- and it needed repairs off the lot!!! Mad Motors came in on there off day and fixed my rotors, breaks, tie rod and got me a brand new new tire (the one on there was the wrong one) all in the mater of 2 hours- they test drove it, I test drove it too! They are Awesome! I will Definitely drive the 1 1/2 hours if I need any more repairs in the future!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAD MOTORS💜

There is so much I can say about this company and it still wouldn’t justify how amazing Chad is! I unfortunately got a car from south end that ended up being a hassle to get him to fix, after this car traded hands of 3 different mechanic it finally found it’s way to chad and I couldn’t be happier! He has made sure my car has everything it needs in order to be safe. At first I was told by south end it needed a manifold for the exhaust turned out it needed a gasket for the head unit, long story short the guy before chad broke studs off in the head and tack welded. Unfortunately I’ve been without my car for a month not chads fault but he’s the only one that has made sure that car isn’t leaving till it’s safe and done right I 100% recommend chad and his crew and won’t take my car else where a

Chad and the other men that worked there are amazing. He helped me get into a car very fast when my car died. And being a single mom of three I needed a car. They are wonderful people and willing to help out in anyway they can
