This review is long overdue. I ordered from MADNESS Autoworks in 2024. They went above and beyond to help my wife and I to achieve our vision for our Alpha Romeo. We requested a special order for some of our items to be yellow. They were helpful and honest about time frame for delivery and quality. I thank everyone in the team and behind the scenes to make this happen. I will be putting in another order soon!!

Chad made the JAGMADNESS stage 3 tune amazing. He walked me throughout the process from the beginning of the transaction to and through my EU shop in Dallas/Frisco with those guys and made it happen! The dedication and transparency was top-notch. Thank you Chad.

Chris Gillen deserves recognition for going the extra mile. He tracked my shipment, called and emailed to let me know the progress toward delivery. Chris's customer service skills are excellent. The fine people at Madness Autoworks are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and Boris and his wife are exceptionally friendly. Boris has an encyclopedic knowledge of Smart cars.

Chad and Eric at Jag Madness (aka Madness Autoworks) are amazing! Chad is the tuner and really knows his Jags! I looked at Velocity AP, Veniue and Alpha Jag before deciding on Jag Madness. It was an incredible choice! I went with a Stage 3 and added the GoPedal Pro. They did some preventative maintenance like the metal Y Pipe and cooling system which tends to go bad on Jag F-Types, as well as rebuilt the supercharger and put new a new coupler and bearings. The car is day and night! Amazing bang for the buck... I mean almost an additional 200 bhp! Chad was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. This is my first Jag and they didn't make me feel stupid asking questions. Their work was too notch too! I highly recommend them. Can't wait for Chad to finish the TCU tune now! I'm hooked!!!
