I came in with a long list of problems with my car and honestly felt overwhelmed. This owner Ryan treated me with so much respect and patience. Instead of pushing everything at once, he helped me break the repairs into phases so I could take care of the most important things first. They were polite, understanding, and very honest. At no point did I feel taken advantage of for not knowing much about cars. They kept me informed the whole time and explained what was happening in a way that made sense. They even welded my muffler when no one else in Austin would take the job. Since my exhaust system is no longer made, welding was the only option, and they stepped up and got it done. Clean shop, great communication, and truly trustworthy people. I’m really grateful I found them!

Ryan is the real deal. Honest, dependable and service oriented. We took my truck and my dad's truck in to get serviced with quick turnaround. Then, my girlfriend's car broke down and Ryan went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road at a fair price. We really appreciate him and will be coming back.

By far the best experiences I have had in getting my car fixed. I have always had stress around diagnosing car problems since I have had mechanics in the past charge me for work I did not need. Ryan looked everything over and then took the time to show me everything I needed repaired. While doing the repairs he found one of the items was not actually broken, it was just loose. He notified me that my quote was nearly $300. cheaper because the part did not need to be replaced. Integrity, Excellent work ethics and excellent service. Thank you!!

Legit the best mechanic I have ever had service any of my cars. Ryan, the owner--is super thorough, diligent, transparent & really KNOWS his stuff when it comes to the technicalities of auto mechanics. As a woman, I appreciate that he takes the time to explain how things work & the "why" behind a repair. This is a stark contrast with other mechanics I have gone to who assume I know nothing of cars or try to take advantage of my wallet. You can certainly rest easy knowing your car is in good hands here. Reach Auto is a business built on integrity & professionalism. I initially brought a fixer upper BMW to Ryan Reacher almost 10 years ago and he made the vehicle safe and driveable for me and my wife. He’s extremely knowledgeable and transparent in cost and service. I have since worked with him on several different vehicles, including a 2011 X5 with a difficult engine. He actually went to a competing shop and trailered a “blown engine” back to his shop. It turned out the other Texas shop was being dishonest and within weeks the engine was fixed and has been fine since. If I ever have questions I can ask Reacher and he promptly replies. I cannot recommend Reach Auto more!
