What a great guy!! Very honest and straightforward. Hooked me up out of kindness with my mini cooper. Mark took an electrical nightmare and a possible overheated engine and gave me back a fully functional and reliable vehicle. The vehicle had existing damage from hitting a deer years ago and I guess it finally caught up to it on a trip to Morro Bay. Originally I had a mechanic get me on the road after the deer, but it was a bandaid on a bigger problem. Mark actually listened to me and targeted and worked on what I thought was the problem unlike so many other dealerships when I’ve mentioned possible issues they’ve sold me batteries, or some relay. There was a few other things I assumed had issues but didn’t know for sure, he really went above and beyond getting me back to solid!
