The Van Man

Andrew is great. He did a great job at installing 300W of solar on our van. He also dis a great job on some butcher block countertop and custom cabinetry work. He has been willing to help me troubleshoot other issues with our van for a very minimal consulting fee.

Go anywhere but here - don’t let yourself be fooled like I was when I trusted Andrew and his employees to help prepare my van for its trip to Alaska. I was told my van was fixed and ready for my move to remote Alaska where my underhood generator is desperately needed to survive. Once I realized that my van’s batteries still weren’t charging, I called Andrew who then informed me that the requested wires had been cramped, but they at The Van Man didn’t know how to test that they were working; according to him, I should have tested them myself before driving hours away. Though I often check my order at the drive-thru to make sure I get what I pay for, somehow I doubt pulling out my multimeter at check-out would have made The Van Man more willing to repair my van correctly. Wonderful place. Was passing through looking for water to fill up my tank and they were very willing to let me use their hose. Thank you both for being so kind. :)

Was having trouble with the city water connection on our RV. Andrew came by and fixed the situation in 5 minutes. Very nice, informative, and helpful. Happy to know there is help near by!
