Magic Mist Auto Wash

This car wash left my truck dirtier than it was going in. Absolutely awful for the money I spent on the “ultimate” package. Never again

My truck was actually dirtier after the wash. Contacted through website for refund Monday may 29th and haven't heard back. I emailed the customer service address provided in response here, and they were very helpful.

the only thing magical here is that your money turns to mist as you'll have to pay a second time elsewhere to actually clean your car! :D wow!

I went there twice and both times it didn’t even come close to washing my car. Basic dirt is still attached and my car is still filthy. Unacceptable

A Touch-less Marvel! I usually don’t leave reviews but, I recently visited the Magic Mist touch-less car wash, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the upgrades the new owners have made. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and left my car looking brand spanking new. The first thing I noticed was the efficiency of the new equipment. The process was quick and thorough, getting my car in and out in no time. But the real magic happened when I saw the final result. My car gleamed under the sunlight, free from any stubborn dirt or grime. It looked as if it had just rolled off the showroom floor, with every inch sparkling and pristine. Touch-less technology not only ensured a thorough wash but also protected my car's paint from any potential scratches WHICH IS AMAZING!!!!
