Magic Valley Towing

All I needed was my car pulled from a hole at the end of a driveway, nothing needing towed anywhere, job took 5 maybe 10 min for driver to pull it out, driver was at site within 30 mins as I was told. He also asked my husband to hold a lever while he was doing something with the cinch, should not be asking customer to do your job when charging almost $300 to just pull a car out of a small hole, my insurance also stated that seemed a bit high for just a pull out. I guess thank you for the service and thank goodness I will eventually get reimbursed but I do feel you should rethink pricing for a simple pull out that took 10 minutes tops.

John with Magic Valley Towing was exceptional! Who was the most professional and skilled tow driver I have ever met. We broke down on i84 near Delco and he was able to bring our suburban AND travel trailer home to Boise, AND backed in our trailer into our carport. Super friendly and approachable and would make me shout to the entire valley that when you need a tow, make sure John (or his doppelganger) from Magic Valley Towing is there to save.

Broke down miles outside cell range and two hours from home late Friday afternoon. Tanner got out to me quickly (once I hiked and hitched back in range) and even called ahead into town to track down the parts I needed to get the truck up and running again. Was back on the road and home that evening when the other likely alternative was waiting till Tu/Wed for a local shop to get to it. Over-the-top customer service and a 'good neighbor' ethic demonstrated. Thank you!
