Maguire Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Ithaca

I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Wrangler from Friendly Dodge in Penn Yan, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, the entire team was absolutely amazing. Our salesperson, Cassidy Case, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us trade in my current vehicle and get into our new vehicle — not just making a sale. At no point did we feel pressured or pushed into anything. Instead, we felt heard, respected, and cared for. It truly felt like they were focused on us as people, not just customers. The efficiency of the team was also impressive. Everyone worked together seamlessly, making the process smooth and stress-free. The atmosphere at the dealership is calm, welcoming, and inclusive — they truly live up to the name “Friendly.”

Stopped in today a day after Christmas of all dealing with a shudder feeling in my truck service tech named Mike took a ride with me very respectful and professional. Was able to get the truck to do the problem im having we took it back and between him and the service manager both are trying to help me out very impressed with the service especially in today's world where no one wants to put in that extra effort

Bought a 2023 Grand Cherokee with Maguire. When I purchased the vehicle they informed me I would receive 3 free oil changes, apparently it’s 2 now that I need one done. I bought the extended warranty and they switched the deductible to $200 from $100 without saying anything as we previously discussed a $100 deductible. During install of their appearance protection plan they scratched the paint and covered the vehicle in swirl marks (black shows everything). I specifically asked if the vehicle came with a tow harness only to find out that it didn’t. Maguire actually installed the harness at no cost but scratched my vehicle even more during the process. And good luck getting ahold of their service department, they NEVER pick up the phone.

Bought a 2022 Jeep Gladiator from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep of Ithaca. Worked with Sales Consultant Braden Eakins and Sales Manager Jamie Owens to build the Jeep. Can't say enough about these two.
