Squeezed me in for a last minute oil change! Very friendly and professional. 10/10 - would recommend!

The owner was short handed the day I dropped in with a problem while I was passing through but instead of turning me away he took the time to tell me the issue and even called around to other local shops to help me out. My pickup was a mess from traveling and I had one of my working dogs with me but he let us both hang out while he did a few diagnoses. My dog warmed up to him pretty quick so I’d say he is a guy I will turn to if I’m ever around that way again.

Main Street Auto is my hero! My 2017 F250 broke down near Pratt on a pheasant hunt (I’m from TX). The guys at Main Street Auto were able to diagnose and fix a wiring/fuel pump problem in less than a day that my local Ford dealership in TX supposedly fixed the week before. I can’t recommend Main Street Auto highly enough for being sensitive to my need to get back to TX. They provided great service at a fair price.

Main street auto is THE best place to take your vehicles for all their needs! I had work done there about a week ago and for the diagnostic and the repairs and making sure it was done right it was under budget of what i expected and in a timely manner while making sure it was done right. I came back today because i had a nail in my tire and they got me in quickly and are fixing it as i type this. They seem to be real, trustworthly men. I have not once felt like i was being taken advantage of, being a woman, like i have at most mechanics. Thanks to all the guys at main street auto in Pratt kansas!!

I called and Jordan was able to get my car scheduled within a few days. The price was good for the tires I wanted. They put 4 new tires on and did an alignment. Then when I dropped it off I asked for them to change the oil and and check fluids. I got a call back with the items that he recommended be fixed and a new estimate. I told him I needed to stay within a budget and he did exactly that yet fixed everything needed. Both Jordan and the othe guy I delt with were professional and nice. Since I am a female I am always put off when men talk to woman like we are stupid and neither of these guys did that. Truly appreciate the timely work, price, and customer service.
