The people ,Dylon, was very helpful. They found the problem and gave us a quote. We were surprised to receive a bill that was far less than quoted. The work and time required to complete the job was perfect. Thank you for the expert service. We will use Pratt auto for all of our needs.

I am always 100 percent satisfied with the service I get from Dylan and his crew. It is fast and affordable. He knows my vehicle and has fixed others "fixes" and not charged an arm and a leg when I was in need.

I’m thankful for Dillion I called at 2pm on a Friday afternoon and he met me in his office. I told him of the lights on my dash and he scanned and found out it was my spark plugs. He changed them all out and fixed my problem. Do grateful he took time in a Friday afternoon to help this 70 year old lady traveling from AZ.
