Main Street Mechanic

This was my first appointment with Main Street Mechanic. I had some hoses and other general work completed on my pickup. I worked directly with Amber Rouse. My whole experience was excellent. Amber walked me through all of the analysis that was done on the truck, she explained fully what needed to be done, what will be needed in the future, etc. and why. I appreciated the overall diagnostic of their techs and how they reported back to me exactly how things were when I took the truck in and how it would be fixed. They did the work and delivered it back to me exactly when it was promised. Great work and Amber was exceptional to guide me through the full repair process.

These guys did great. Sometimes your wheel just falls off on the freeway and you need somebody to fix it. They did good work and managed the insurance company. Bailey is a good guy. Great communication. Would come back.

Amber has been super helpful to us and our recent car issues. She has updated, and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. She is very welcoming and kind, for us who don’t know much about cars she helped us feel very comfortable, and not just another customer.

I am writing this review under extreme duress. Jed definitely did not stand over me reminding me that if I didn’t leave a good review, he and the rest of the crew would slowly wither away like poor little children in a Dickens novel. Definitely not. From my very first phone call to the moment I picked up my car, Jed was polite, cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Honestly, it was suspicious how pleasant the entire experience was. I kept waiting for the catch. There wasn’t one. The man who fixed my car was fast, efficient. Jed took the time to explain what was needing to be repaired and what might need attention later. I was also driven home and picked back up by two different gentlemen who were both super friendly and safe drivers. No white knuckles, no surprise NA

Seriously y'all - this is the best mechanic shop I've been to. I had a crazy strange issue with my car shaking and they didn't stop testing and trying things until it was verified fixed. Their thoroughness fixed a months-long mystery that other shops gave up on! They even gave me a ride to and from my house!! I wanted to give a special shout-out to Amber Rouse who has been working on this through all the twists and turns. She was overall just a joy to work with!
